Cricket Field Campsite is a small-scale pop-up campsite in Gloucestershire that sits within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located in an attractive riverside setting on the outskirts of the small village of Temple Guiting, this classic Cotswold campsite is well-placed for laidback outdoor breaks.

This site is made up of two fields, one of which has pitches and the other is available for recreational activities. The site is also on the edge of the river Windrush, where you can relax by the water over a picnic.

This family-friendly Gloucestershire park is close to lots of top Cotswold attractions, including the Cotswold Farm Park (five minutes' drive from base) and historic Sudeley Castle (15 minutes). For hikes and days out on foot, you're also a few minutes' walk from the Diamond Way, a lovely long-distance route that takes in some of the best scenery around.

The village centre has handy amenities like a post office and an independent café (the site owners particularly recommend its afternoon teas and Sunday afternoon lunches), while the nearest pub is roughly a mile and a half away.

•If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

•If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

•Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

•At least one of the party members must be aged 16 or over.

•No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

•Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
